The Maine and New Hampshire towns Seth's Home Pros covers, grouped by region, with a page for every trade in every town.

Coverage runs from southern Maine and the Portland area through central Maine and up to Bangor, plus the New Hampshire seacoast and Mount Washington valley. New Hampshire work is deliberately scoped differently, because Maine's contract and deposit rules do not apply there.

Thirty towns across Maine and eastern New Hampshire. Pick yours and I'll show you what building there actually involves.

The list isn't the boundary

These are the towns where I have contractors with real capacity, and where I know enough about local conditions to be useful rather than generic.

Don't see your town? Call anyway. The network reaches further than the list, and the honest answer takes one phone call. If I don't have good coverage where you are, I'll tell you that instead of taking your information and hoping.

Southern Maine

Biddeford · Cape Elizabeth · Falmouth · Freeport · Gorham · Kennebunk · Kittery · Old Orchard Beach · Portland · Saco · Sanford · Scarborough · South Portland · Standish · Wells · Westbrook · Windham · York

Central and Northern Maine

Auburn · Augusta · Bangor · Belgrade · Lewiston · Sidney · Skowhegan · Waterville

Eastern New Hampshire

Conway · Dover · Portsmouth · Rochester

New Hampshire projects follow New Hampshire rules. Permits come from the town or city, and the contract protections are different from Maine's, so don't assume what you've read about Maine construction law carries across the line.

Why I match by town, not by region

Because "serving all of Maine" means nothing, and the differences between these towns are real.

A builder who does excellent work in Windham may have never dealt with Portland's historic district review. A Portsmouth crew prices at Seacoast rates that make no sense in Skowhegan. A contractor who has never worked a Belgrade camp road will quote a foundation he can't actually pour.

Frost depth changes across this service area. Snow load changes. What the code office asks for changes. Whether a concrete truck can reach your site changes.

So I match on the town, not the county, and each of the pages above tells you what building in that specific place actually involves.
