Seth's Home Pros Privacy Policy
What Seth's Home Pros collects about you, why, and who it goes to. The short version is that project details you submit are shared with the contractors matched to your job so they can quote it.
Your information is not sold to whoever pays for it, and the page sets out what is stored, how long it is kept, and how to ask for it to be removed.
DRAFT: NOT LEGAL ADVICE. Must be reviewed by Seth's attorney before publishing. The two factual questions are resolved: Seth confirmed on 2026-08-12 that the processor list in §4 is complete and that the SMS consent language in §3 matches what the quiz and the GHL workflows actually send. Re-verify §4 any time the stack changes — a policy describing data flows the business no longer has is a dated written misstatement.
What we collect, why, who sees it, and how to make us delete it.
1. Who We Are
Seth's Home Pros is a contractor referral service based in Waterville, Maine. When you fill out a form or quiz on this site, we are the ones receiving it.

2. What We Collect
What you give us:
- Name, phone number, email address
- Project address or town
- Project details: type of work, scope, timeline, budget range, whether you own the land, whether you have plans
- Anything else you type into a form, quiz, or text message
What we collect automatically:
- IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, time on site, referring site
- How you found us (search, ad, referral link), including UTM tracking parameters
- Cookie and pixel data (see §6)
Call recordings. We record and store calls with homeowners and contractors for quality, training, and accuracy. If you are on a call with us, you are being recorded, and you can ask us not to.
3. Why We Collect It
- To understand your project and qualify it honestly
- To match you with contractors in our network
- To introduce you to those contractors, which means sharing your project details and contact information with them
- To follow up by phone, text, and email about your project
- To improve the service and our marketing
Text messages. If you give us your phone number, we may text you about your project. Reply STOP to opt out. Message and data rates apply. Consent to texts is not a condition of using the service.
4. Who We Share It With
Contractors. This is the whole point of the service. When we introduce you to a contractor, we give them your name, contact information, and project details so they can quote the work. We only do this for contractors we are actually introducing you to.
Service providers who run our systems. These companies process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes:
- GoHighLevel: our CRM. Holds your contact record, project notes, call recordings, and message history.
- Twilio: text messaging.
- Google (Analytics, Search Console, Workspace): website measurement and email.
- Meta: advertising measurement (see §6).
Legal. We will disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect our rights.
We do not sell your personal information.
5. How Long We Keep It
We keep homeowner records for as long as needed to run the service and meet our record-keeping obligations, including obligations under our contractor agreements. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (§7).
6. Cookies, Pixels, and Advertising
This site uses cookies and tracking pixels, including the Meta pixel, to measure advertising and understand which pages lead to inquiries.
That means Meta can associate your visit to this site with your Meta account, and we may show you ads based on having visited. You can control this in your Meta ad settings, and you can block cookies in your browser. Blocking them will not break the site.
We use Google Analytics to understand traffic in aggregate.
7. Your Choices
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what information we hold about you
- Correct anything that's wrong
- Delete your information
- Stop contacting you (or stop only texts, or only email)

If we already introduced you to a contractor, deleting your record with us does not delete it from theirs. You will need to contact them directly. We will tell you who we shared it with.
8. Security
We protect your information with reasonable safeguards and limit access to people who need it to do their job. No system is perfectly secure, and we can't promise one is.
9. Children
This service is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes
If we change this policy we will post the new version here and update the date below.
