Get in Touch
How to reach Seth's Home Pros about a Maine project: phone, email, or a short form. Anything that arrives before 5pm normally gets an answer the same day.
The first conversation is about ten minutes and covers what you are building, where, roughly when, and roughly what you expect to spend. If those numbers do not line up, you will hear that then rather than three weeks later.
The direct line

Calling is faster. I'd rather have a ten-minute conversation than a three-day email thread, and most projects get sorted out in that first call.
What happens after you reach out
Same day, before 5pm. You get a call back. If it's after 5, first thing the next morning.
We talk for about ten minutes. What you're building, where, roughly when, and roughly what you're expecting to spend. If the budget and the scope don't line up, I'll tell you on that call rather than after you've spent three weeks getting quotes.
I go find three contractors. Specific companies that do your kind of work in your town and have capacity when you need it. Not a list, not a directory.
They contact you. Usually within a few days. First quotes typically land inside a week.
You pick, or you don't. No obligation and no cost either way.
What to have ready (none of it required)
The more of this you have, the better the first call goes. If you have none of it, call anyway.
- What you're trying to accomplish, in your own words. "The kitchen doesn't work" is a fine starting point.
- Where the property is. Town matters more than you'd think.
- Rough timeline. Even "sometime next year" helps.
- A budget range you're comfortable saying out loud. I'm not going to spend it for you. I need it to know which contractors to call.
- Any plans or drawings you already have.
- Whether you're financing, and whether that's arranged.
What this costs you
Nothing. Contractors pay me a commission when they close work, and I'm sometimes paid in connection with a real estate referral depending on the brokerage. You pay nothing for a referral, ever.
If anyone claiming to be Seth's Home Pros asks you for project money, that is not me. I never hold, transmit, or handle money between you and your contractor.
The one thing you can pay me for directly is house plans and design, which is a separate service under a separate written agreement.
